HR Advisor guides your team. HR Partner carries out agreed work too. Both start with your priorities and a defined monthly allowance.
Bring the issue, relevant documents and any deadline. We agree how requests and documents will be shared when we start.
Your work plan identifies the next tasks, who owns them and estimated time. We agree what fits before work begins.
Use the work plan to review completed work, open decisions and hours used. We agree an update schedule for your engagement.
You approve policies and employment decisions. Additional hours need your approval; urgent requests are assessed against availability and agreed priorities.
HR Advisor: reviews your process, recommends changes and guides your team through implementation.
HR Partner: also prepares the agreed checklist, documents and coordination steps within your selected hours.
